Booking Policy

Treatment Bookings

To book your appointments, a £20 deposit fee is required. This amount is deducted from your total cost. Please note that clients must provide 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If this notice is not met, the deposit is be non-refundable.

Client Records

All clients must complete a client record that includes essential health information prior receiving any services from us. This ensures we can provide best possible care tailored to your needs. Thank you your cooperation!

Training Bookings

To book your training, a £100 deposit fee is required. This amount will be deducted from your total cost. Please note that trainees must provide 14 days notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If this notice is not met, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Complaints procedure

If you have any complaints, please let us know right away so we can address the issue promptly. We document all complaints and follow up as necessary to ensure your concerns are resolved. Your feedback is important to us!
